World Wide Contest #18 started on 7th May 2013. It was held in Paris after the win of France with TAL and M. Pokora who sang the song "Envole Moi". A number of 21 countries participated and they were the fewest participants after the comeback. At the end, Sweden was the winner with Helena Paparizou, Playmen, Courtney and Riskykidd and their song "All The Time". Also, in this edition for the first time the contest hadn't new debuts from countries and Ralvero featuring Dadz 'N' Effect wanted again to participate with the same song from #6 for a better place but this time with Netherlands.
