Tubevision Contest 31, often referred to as TVC 31, was the 31st edition of Tubevision Contest.
About[]
The edition was held in Bergen, Norway after Adelen won the 30th edition with her song "Bombo". It was the second time in a row that Norway hosted the contest. It was the first edition after the Eurovision-break.
