Danish Music Contest 8, sometimes referred to as DMC 8, was the 8th edition of Danish Music Contest, a national selection for Ourvision Song Contest.
The winner of this edition was Aura Dione and her song "Geronimo". She should fight for Denmark in Ourvision Song Contest 19, where she managed to take a 2nd place with an amount of 187 points in the Final.
This is the second best result for Denmark after the victory from the 14th edition of Ourvision Song Contest with "Superstar" by Christine Milton.
